§ 10-103. Mandatory restraint.

No person shall own, possess or cause to be in the city any animal which the A.C.O. has determined to be a dangerous dog, unless it is restrained, confined or muzzled so that it cannot charge, attack, bite or cause injury to any person or domestic animal, and unless it is maintained at all times in compliance with any order of compliance issued under this article.
