§ 30-1. Retirement plan for judge and clerk.

There is hereby authorized, pursuant to A.C.A. §§ 24-8-307—24-8-319, the establishment of a retirement plan for the benefit of the judge and clerk of the city municipal court; the term, conditions and provisions of such plan to conform to those set out in law, now and as the same may be amended from time to time; except as provided in this chapter. Costs in the amount of $4.00 shall be levied on all fines, bond forfeitures, determinations of guilt or pleas of nolo contenders in criminal or civil matters, in the municipal court, and shall be paid into the municipal court judge and clerk retirement fund.
