§ 30-4. Obligation for daily fees.

Under A.C.A. § 12-41-404, counties shall be obligated for payment of established fees upon receipt of a statement for such fees. Delivery of a prisoner to the municipal jail facility for incarceration by law enforcement officials of any county shall serve as agreement to obligation of such county to the payment of such fees.
