§ 42-31. Flood damage prevention code adopted by reference.

There is hereby adopted by reference a flood damage prevention code for the city, such flood damage prevention code having been designed by the State of Arkansas and set forth in A.C.A. § 14-268-101 et seq. The Code shall include "Part A - Ordinance," and "Part B, Flood Damage Prevention Code." The title of each part shall show the date of September 28, 2007. Three copies of the referenced code shall be filed in the office of the clerk, and shall be available for inspection and copying by any person during normal office hours.
