§ 54-13. Penalties and remedies.

(a)

Misdemeanor. Any person violating any provision of the city's land regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalties provided in section 1-7, general provisions of this Municipal Code.

(b)

Supplemental remedies. The city administrator is authorized to seek relief from violations of the land regulations through civil judicial process, including without limitation injunctive relief and judicial sanctions, which civil relief shall be supplemental to, and shall not displace, any prosecution and penalties provided in section 1-7 of this Municipal Code.
