§ 6-10. Sunday sale of wine, beer.

(a)

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, it shall be unlawful for any person to sell any wine or beer for off-premises consumption on Sunday.

(b)

Any person violating this section shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50.00 nor more than $100.00.
