§ 70-6. Use or operation of loudspeaker or megaphone; permit required; issuance.

(a)

No person shall use or operate a loudspeaker or megaphone upon any public streets, public parks or in a public building within the city without first obtaining a permit from the city administrator or his designee therefor.

(b)

The permit required by subsection (a) of this section shall be granted to any person when, in the opinion of the city administrator or his designee, it should be granted. There shall be no cost of the permittee for any permit required by subsection (a) of this section.
