§ 74-203. Traffic regulations.

No person shall fail to comply with all provisions of state law and all provisions of city ordinances, relative to equipment and operation of motor vehicles. No person shall drive a motor vehicle on any park area except roads or parking areas, and no person shall park a motor vehicle on any park area except in designated parking lots or such other areas as may, on occasion, be specifically designated as temporary parking areas by the director.
