§ 82-40. Operation of disposal sites.

The city transfer station, located at 1108 E. Ashley, will be the only authorized solid waste disposal facility within the city. Operation of the transfer station will be the responsibility of the solid waste superintendent through rules and regulations as approved by the board of directors. No other solid waste disposal facility shall be operated within the city without the prior written approval of the board of directors.
