§ 98-171. City installs all water taps.

All water taps shall be installed by the city or the administrator's designee, upon the administrator's written authorization. The city may install water taps to charged (wet) water lines or water lines that have been previously charged (wet) even though such water lines may not be charged (wet) at the time the water tap is made.
