The contractor shall furnish the city with a certificate of insurance, showing public
liability with bodily injury of not less than $50,000.00 each person; $100,000.00
each accident; property damage of not less than $25,000.00 each accident; $50,000.00
aggregate limit; and statutory workmen's compensation. Certificates of insurance shall
be filed with the city administrator or his designee before construction begins.
