§ 62-2. Administrative fees and charges.

(a)

Subject to the approval of the city administrator, the librarian of the Siloam Springs Public Library shall prepare and publish a schedule of charges for library services and programs, and of civil fines and administrative sanctions for violation of library policy. Said schedule shall be available for public inspection during library business hours.

(b)

Subject to the approval of the city administrator, the librarian of the Siloam Springs Public Library may from time to time amend the schedule of charges and fines, said changes to become effective after notice thereof has been conspicuously posted at the library for a period of no less than 30 days.
