§ 98-62. Annual CPI adjustment.

Unless otherwise provided by the board of directors, beginning April 1, 2014, and each April 1 thereafter, energy charges shall be adjusted annually in accordance with the All Items Consumer Price Index for Urban Consumers (CPI-U), South Region, for the preceding calendar year. For purposes of this section, energy charges shall include kilowatt hour energy charges, the customer charge and area lighting and security lighting rates.
